We ship via United Parcel Service (ground service).
After I place an order, when will it ship?
Orders received by 1:00 p.m. CST, are shipped on the same day as they are received.
I need my order right away. Can it be shipped via air freight?
Yes, however, you will be charged for the extra shipping costs.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Wisconsin and California customers.
My order is damaged. How do I make a claim?
Call us right away and we will send a replacement. DO NOT throw out the damaged merchandise or shipping carton until we advise you to do so. The carrier may need to inspect the package before paying for the damage.
I received the wrong merchandise in my order. What do I do?
Call us right away. The correct merchandise will be shipped to you promptly. A United Parcel Service call tag will be issued and a driver will pick up the incorrect merchandise.
I received the merchandise I ordered, but decided that I don't want it. Can I return it?
Yes, however the merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must call us for a return authorization (RA) number. Pack the merchandise carefully to avoid any damage. Enclose a copy of the packing slip and a letter explaining the reason for the return in the box. Write the RA number on the packing slip. Send the merchandise back to us via UPS or by Mail. Please be sure that the correct postage is applied. We will not accept postage due packages. We will issue a check or credit to you for the amount of the merchandise, less the restocking fee. We do not reimburse freight charges.
I didn' t receive everything I ordered. What do I do?
First, check the packing slip. If a back order is not noted, call us right away. We will ship the merchandise. If a back order is noted, we will do everything we can to ship the merchandise within a few days.
I would like to "try" before I "buy". Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we do have samples for most of our products. Call customer service for specific details.
Do you use "all natural" ingredients in your products?
We use only the most skin beneficial ingredients in our products.

Do you offer other massage equipment, such as tables, linens, etc.?
No, we do not.
Are the Bon Vital' or Dwarff Brand products available at any retail stores?
Unfortunately, no. Please mention our brands to the managers of the stores where you purchase other massage products.
